Dear A,
Some things need to be complicated. Others don't. I'm tired of this being a thing that is complicated when it doesn't need to be. I wonder how long my patience can last. I feel like what has been going on between us has been a test of every ounce of mental strength I have.
I hope this is a test I pass.
